Every visit covers the glass inside and out, the frames and the sliding-door tracks. Those three always go together, because cleaning the pane and leaving the frame dirty makes no sense: the first rain carries that dirt straight back onto the glass. Fly screens can be done on request for €5 each, and shutters are quoted separately.
The prices on this site are for maintenance: glass that gets cleaned with some regularity. If you are coming out of building work or a refurbishment, or the glass has not been touched for a long time and has salt baked into it, it needs a much longer initial treatment. That is quoted separately, always after we have seen the actual condition.

Very common in the south. We arrange access with the concierge, the agency or a trusted neighbour, do the work, and send you photos of the result. Many owners have this booked every two months so the property always looks presentable.
If you rent the property out or you are about to show it, clean glass completely changes the first impression in a photo or on arrival. We do one-off visits with two or three days' notice and, if there is a gap, same day too.
