Prices are for maintenance cleaning. Post-construction glass, or glass left uncleaned for a long time, is always confirmed after we see its condition. Regular service? Up to 18% off.

Factors

What sets the price

Number and size

A bathroom window and a three-metre sliding door are not the same job. That is why we count standard windows separately from large panes.

Access

Reachable from the ground and the job is straightforward. At height or with awkward access it needs a pole and more time.

Condition of the glass

Well-maintained glass cleans quickly. Glass with years of baked-on salt needs a heavier first treatment.

Frequency

A regular service costs less per visit, because the glass never gets properly dirty.

Frequently asked questions

Is the calculator price final?

For a maintenance clean it is a tight range. The fixed price is confirmed once we see the access and the condition of the glass, and always before work begins.

Why does the price go up after building work?

Because it is not the same job. Cement, plaster and paint splashes come off with a blade and a specific product, taking great care not to scratch the glass. It can take two or three times as long as a normal clean, which is why it is quoted separately.

How much are fly screens and shutters?

Fly screens are €5 each and you can add them straight into the calculator. Shutters are not part of the standard service; if you need them, we will quote separately.

Do you charge for travel?

No. Within the southern area we cover there is no travel surcharge.

How do I pay?

Cash, Bizum or bank transfer. Businesses are invoiced with IVA.
